Letters to Santa

Welcome to Ma's Got'a Notion
Here at Ma's, we got your back...quilt back that is!!!

How exciting it is... Christmas is just around the corner!
The Jolly old fella just happen to stop by the shop the other day requesting that I allow him, to place a "drop" box in the shop.
It was so good to see him again, just so you know he's still as full of mirth and merriment as ever!
He was quite disappointed that I had no cookies to share with him though... he said very few leave him milk and cookies anymore and he has had to draw up his belt one notch. I did apologize to him and told him I would leave him a treat when he stopped around my house on Christmas Eve!
He said he would appreciate it if I would tell all of my awesome customers, about the drop box he left here. I told him I would pass on about the drop box and make all aware about the lack of cookies too!

So, here is the skinny on the "drop" box:
You can make a list of what it is, you would like a friend or family member to purchase for you from Ma's. It may be a notion, fabric, a kit, a backing, a BOM or gift certificate...Anything that can be found here at the shop that you may want for Christmas.
Write the "givers" name on the envelope such as <hubby, son, daughter, friends name, whoever> AND, drop it into the "Letters to Santa" box located on the front desk, here at Ma's.
Bring your prepared letter, or ask for an envelope and note paper when you get to the shop. Drop it in the box.
Don't forget to tell the person who you address the envelope to, that there is a letter waiting on them with their name on it, with your Christmas want list!
It's as simple as that! You get what you want and you help the gift giver to purchase something that they know will make YOU happy, and take the guesswork out of their shopping excursion!
It's that simple to take the presser off the gift givers shopping expedition, on choosing just the right gift for you!

I also want to THANK -YOU all who came to celebrate my 19th year, what a fun 2 days it was. I am planning the 20th year party already!

Don't forget we will have a couple of BOM's starting in Jan. 2023.

I am planning on a Beginner piecing/quilting class starting in Feb. 2023.
I hope to start back with a few other classes too, in 2023.
More about all that later...let's all get through the holidays first!

Another quick reminder, starting Mon. Dec. 5th Ma's will no longer be open on Mondays.
And...
Tue. through Sat. our new hours will be 10am - 5pm.

I want to wish you all a very "HAPPY THANKSGIVING DAY", if you happen to be traveling during the holiday, please drive safely.

If you happen to be looking for something to do on the "Friday after Thanksgiving"...Ma's will be open AND...there just might be a few good "shopping deals" to be had!
You will need to stop by to see, as always I promise it will be worth your trip!

Have a great week and hope to see you around the cutting table here at Ma's.
